CIS 228 Day 15

Here is the code for chapter 13 from the text's web site.
Download and unzip it into your My Documents directory (or onto your thumb-drive).
Create a table for thejournal.html from Chapter 13 (following the directions in the chapter). The table should have:
1. Information about the towns visited (see book for data).
2. A table inside a table to hold the different ratings from Tess and Tony.
3. The rows should alternate colors.
4. The text entries should be aligned, left, center, or right, depending on type.
Follow the directions at the end of Chapter 13 to add backpack images as the bullets of Tony's list of things to bring.

(Optional) add the indicated icon web pages.
(If you haven't already), transfer the folders for today&s;s lab to your thumb drive.
Create a hyperlink from your labs directory's index.html to the web pages you worked on today.

In the about me site on your thumb drive:

Make a table for your class schedule with columns for class, meeting time, room, and instructor. The class column should be aligned right, all other colums should be centered. Create a header for each column with a different background color from the rest of the table. Add a caption to the table with its name.
Move the table to its own separate web page (with a link to it from your main page). In the new web page, create a hyperlink to the Lehman College Undergraduate Bulletin . Fix this link at the bottom left of your viewport (see the free coffee coupon from chapter 12 as a guide). Set the background color, or use an image, so that this link is distinctive.
Create a print.css file for your about me site. In this file set the background color to be white and some serif font to be the default. See appendix 8 for more that could be done with this file. Link to this CSS file in the header of your index.html file with its media attribute set to "print".
(Optional) At home, download and install prince. Use it to create a pdf file of your index.html file. Create a hyperlink to this file on your index.html page.

Add the appropriate icon(s) to your index.html web page.
